Some meetings and appointment require multiple team members in attendance. This is what we call our Multiple Hosts feature.
Calendr will pull together your team's availability and pool them to only show times when all team members are available. When a guests schedules a booking, all team members are notified and can host the event together.
Create an event type and add in your chosen team members. Calendr pools your team and shows guests only the times when all team members are available.
Want to switch out a team member with another? No problem, just edit the event, remove your chosen team member and replace them with their colleague.
