Why should I choose Calendr over other solutions?

We provide the best value solution with all the features you need - all bundled together in a super simple package.

Do you allow flexible availability settings? I don't want meetings outside of 9-5.

Absolutely! This is actually the default for any new calendars that are made. Feel free to change it using our advanced availability editor.

Can I ask my guest questions?

Of course, this is one of our key features. You can add any kind of questions. Multiple choice, free text, selection types are all available and will come straight to your email once they book.

My guests often forget, can I add even more reminders?

For each calendar you make, you can have different notification settings. You can have up to 3 emails sent out to remind your guests at whatever times you choose prior to the event.

Where did you get your name?

"Just Calendr it!" right? :) We're hoping this catches on, but we'll see!

Can I have multiple different events?

No problem! You can create multiple event types, so if you run product demos during the day, and yoga classes in the evening, you can do this all from one account with completely separate pages.

Why is it so cheap?

We are a relatively small team and we've worked very hard to keep the quality high, and the overheads low.

Is it really free?

Yes. Our free plan is exactly the same as the premium plan but with a 10 meetings per month restriction. We don't want to stop those who are just getting started with their business.
